How to download the Servus Mobile Banking App?

The Servus Mobile Banking app is available on the App Store for iOS 11.0 or later and for macOS 11.0 or later on Mac devices with an Apple M1 chip or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 7.0 or later.

To download the Servus Mobile Banking App, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Servus”. Once the Servus app appears in the search results, tap on its icon to see information about it. Then, tap “Get” or “Install” to download it and wait until the installation is complete.

Alternatively, you can download the Servus Mobile Banking app by direct links on the Servus site. Tap on the links and follow the guidelines. The Servus Mobile Banking app has over 50,000 downloads on Google Play. The app’s rating on the App Store is just 2.5, while it has received zero reviews on Google Play Canada.

How to use the Servus Mobile Banking App?

Once you’ve installed the Servus Mobile Banking app on your device, launch it and log in using your online banking login credentials, if you are a registered customer of the company. During the first sign-in, you will need to accept the Servus Digital Banking Agreement. The Servus Mobile Banking app is free to use.

To pay a bill through the Servus Mobile Banking app, select “Move Money” in the main menu and tap “Pay bills and companies” in the “Pay Bills” section. Next, select a bank account you want to transfer funds from, select a payee, and specify the amount to pay and when you want to make a payment (right away or on a specific date).

You can restore a forgotten user ID or password from the mobile banking sign-in page.

To restore the forgotten user ID, select “Need help? New to online banking?” and then select "I forgot my user ID." Next, select either “Personal Online Banking User ID” or “Business Online Banking User ID” from the drop-down menu and enter the information requested. To recover a personal online banking user ID, you will need to provide your member card number or your member number plus your date of birth. To recover a business online banking user ID, you will need to provide your first name, last name, member name, date of birth, and email.

Upon a successful user ID recovery, you will see your user ID on the screen.

To restore the forgotten online banking account password, select “Need help? New to online banking?” and then select "I forgot my password." Next, enter your member card number, the card expiry date, and the last name on the account. Once you do, follow the further on-screen instructions.

Keep in mind that the self-serve password reset is available to personal online banking accounts only. To restore access to your business online banking, contact Servus customer support at 1-87-SERVUS-CU (1-877-378-8728).

You can delete the Servus Mobile Banking app from your device the same way you would normally delete other apps. Please note that deleting the app won’t lead to closing your accounts or deleting the data that Servus Credit Union must retain under laws.
