How to register an account?
The company has a dedicated client portal located separately in the tab Customers. To login into your account at the client’s portal, indicate your name, surname, and date of birth. The two-factor authentication is in place, no registrations and passwords are needed. The account itself is established upon loan approval. Ask custom support if any issues with the entrance to the portal.
The client portal is self-service and brings a lot of benefits. It contains various information on loans and is available 24 hours a day. Within the portal, it is possible to make some changes in loans and get some other support without waiting for Customer Service to reply.
There is a dashboard menu where the proper item may be selected. Click on it to go deeper. If there are no items you are interested in, click the contact Contact Support item to send a general request to the Customer Service Team.
Header introduces such sections as My Account, My Loans, and My Cases. My Account contains personal information, employment data, and address. My Loans displays loan details – to see the statement of the account, click on the number of the loan. To see all payment details, click on View All.
Previous requests submitted through the portal are in the My Cases item. In case you sent a new request and Rifco requires more information, the new comment will appear in the content of the Case Comments section of the My Cases item. To reply and provide the data or comments required, click New and print your remarks. Rifco will be notified about the new message, deal with that, and get back as soon as possible. You will receive a proper e-mail confirming that the case has been received and indicating its status.
Within this item, it is also offered to schedule a call. To do this select the "Schedule the Callback" button, enter your phone number, click on the "Confirm" button and wait for the call at the indicated time.
