Rapport personal account

To change your Rapport Credit Union online banking password, sign in to your account and go to profile settings. From the password change section, enter your current password, enter a new password, and enter a new password again to verify it. Then, click the “Submit” button.

Note that your new password must contain between 12 and 16 characters, including a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Rapport Credit Union doesn’t provide self-service features to restore the forgotten password. You can reach out to the credit union Member Assistance center at 416 925 1107 or 1 888 516 6664 to have your password reset. Or, you can visit your local Rapport Credit Union branch in person.

There is no information about deleting your online banking account on the Rapport Credit Union website. Still, they mention that if you want to withdraw from the credit union, you must give a written notice of your intention to do so.

To send an Interac e-Transfer, go to the “Interac e-Transfer” section. Then, select a recipient from the list, select the preferred way to send the transfer — either by email or phone number, select the account to send money from, and enter the transfer amount. Optionally, you can add a message to the recipient.

From the “Pay bills” section, you can schedule a recurring bill payment. Choose an account to pay a recurring bill from, choose a payee from the list, enter the payment amount, enter the date of paying the bill for the first time, choose the payment frequency, and enter the date of paying the bill for the last time. Then, review the payment details and click “Schedule” to proceed.
