How to download the Provincial Credit Union mobile app

The Provincial Credit Union mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS 11.0 or later and for macOS 11.0 or later on Mac devices with an Apple M1 chip or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 6.0 or later.

There is no loan application feature in the Provincial Credit Union mobile app at this time. Still, you can apply for a loan from your Provincial online banking account or in person at a Provincial Credit Union branch near you.

How to pay via the Provincial Credit Union mobile app?

To proceed with paying a bill via the Provincial Credit Union mobile app, tap “Pay Bills” on the home screen. Next, select an account you want to pay from, select a payee, enter the payment amount, and specify the payment date. You can also set up a recurring bill payment.

How to restore access to the Provincial Credit Union mobile app?

To restore your Personal Access Code or PAC, you can use the Self-Serve PAC Reset tool from Provincial Credit Union. Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen in the app and enter your member number and either the last 3-digits of your social insurance number or your date of birth. Then, enter a verification code received by phone or email into the designated field to confirm your identity.

You can also visit a Provincial Credit Union branch near you to have your PAC reset.

How to delete the Provincial Credit Union mobile app?

You can delete the Provincial Credit Union mobile app from your smartphone or tablet the same way you would normally delete other apps. To delete it from an iOS device, tap and hold your finger down on the Provincial Credit Union mobile app icon and tap “X” in the top right corner.
