How to open a PACE online banking account?

To make banking easier and more accessible to its members, PACE Credit Union has an online banking platform in place. 

To sign up for online banking, call PACE Contact Center at 1-877-588-7223.

How to sign in to a PACE online banking account?

To sign in to your PACE online banking, click “Online Banking” in the top navigation menu and enter your login ID and password or personal access code (PAC). Then, click the “Login” button.

To maximize your user experience, PACE recommends signing in to your online banking account through the latest supported browsers.

How can I change my PACE online banking password?

To change your PACE online banking password, enter your current password in the “Current Password” box, enter your new password in the “New Password” and “Verify New Password” boxes, and click the “Submit” button. You can use your newly created password in your next sign-in.

How do I restore the forgotten password?

PACE Credit Union doesn’t offer self-service features to reset your password. To restore the forgotten password, reach out to the PACE Contact Centre at 1-877-588-7223 for assistance.

How to delete a PACE online banking account?

The Pace Credit Union website doesn’t provide instructions on how to delete your online banking account. You can check this information with the PACE Contact Centre at 1-877-588-7223.

How to transfer funds between my PACE accounts via a PACE online banking account?

To move funds between your PACE accounts, enter the transfer amount in the “Amount” box, select an account to transfer funds from, select an account to transfer funds to, and specify the transfer date. You can make a transfer immediately, at a specific date, or on a recurring basis.
