How to sign in to a Northern Savings Credit Union online banking account 

To sign in to a Northern Savings Credit Union online banking account, click the red “Online banking” button in the right sidebar and enter your login credentials — your member card number and Personal Access Code (PAC).

To provide an extra security layer, Northern Savings Credit Union uses Increased Authentication requiring you to answer security questions when signing from a computer not registered as trusted. To avoid answering security questions and sign in faster, you can register your personal computer as trusted. The system uses cookies to identify the device as trusted.

You can change your Northern Savings Credit Union online banking password or Personal Access Code (PAC) at any time. From the profile settings, select an option to change your PAC. Enter your current PAC, enter a new PAC, and re-enter the new PAC to verify it.

To help you reset the forgotten password, Northern Savings Credit Union is working on the Self-Serve Reset Password feature. To be able to use this feature, make sure to sign up for 2-Step Verification. Note that the Self-Serve Reset Password feature will be available for personal accounts only.
