enter your current password, then create a new password, repeat your new password, and click “Submit”.

Northern Credit Union’s FAQs don’t provide instructions on how to delete your online banking account. You can call the True North Hub at 1-866-413-7071 (toll-free) to request information about it. 

If you want to close your full membership, you will need to visit a Northern Credit Union branch near you.

How to pay a bill via online banking?

To pay a bill online, sign in to your Northern Credit Union online banking and go to the "Payments" section in the Blue Menu down the left side. On the next screen, choose the account you want to pay from, select a payee, specify the payment amount, and enter the payment date.

Once you do, the system will prompt you to review the payment information. If everything is correct, click "Confirm" to finish.
