How to download the Me-Dian Mobile App

The Me-Dian Credit Union mobile application is available for free for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac through the App Store or for Android smartphones through Google Play. 

For iPhone users:

  1. Using your iPhone, type in the App Store search bar «Me-Dian Mobile.» 

  2. Select the app icon and verify that the app's author is ME-DIAN Credit Union of Manitoba Ltd. 

  3. Tap the icon marked «Free,» then tap again when it changes to «Install.» 

  4. The app will begin installing. Press the «Open» button in the App Store, or find it on your home screen and tap to open.  

For Android Users:

  1. Using your Android phone, tap the search icon and type in the search bar «Me-Dian Mobile» in Google Play. 

  2. Select the app icon and verify that the app's author is ME-DIAN Credit Union of Manitoba Ltd. 

  3. Tap the icon marked «Install,» then tap «Accept» on the next screen. 

  4. The app will begin installing. Press the «Open» button in Google Play, or find it on your home screen and tap to open. 

iPhone and iPod touch requires iOS 9.0 or later.

iPad requires iPadOS 9.0 or later.

Mac requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with an Apple M1 chip or later.

Android devices require Android 4.4 or later. 

How to use the Me-Dian Mobile App

If you're not a member, join Me-Dian credit union and sign in to Online banking:

  1. Then, open the Me-Dian CU official website and click the «Banking Login» button. 

  2. Sign in using your Login ID and PAC.

  3. Then, click the «Login» button. 

Download the Me-Dian Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. The app uses the same level of secure protection as full Online Banking. Login with the same account number and answer the same security questions or Personal Access Code (PAC). 

  1. Open the mobile app. 

  2. Click «Login.» 

  3. Select the Login ID and input your account password. 

You may sign in with Touch ID if your device is supporting it. To enable, turn on «Remember Me» during login, and go to Settings to complete Touch ID.

FAQ

How to apply for a loan in the Me-Dian mobile app?

You can't apply for a Me-Dian CU loan or line of credit with the mobile app. To apply, visit the official website, click the «Apply For Loan» at the top of the page and fill out an online application form. You should be a Canadian resident of the age of majority who hasn't declared bankruptcy in the past seven years. 

You may also call 1-866-295-6819 or visit one of the locations in Winnipeg or Grand Rapids.

How to extend a loan in the Me-Dian mobile app?

Me-Dian Credit Union offers loans with various payment frequency options, from weekly to annual repayments or lump sum payments. Choose the one which suits your needs and lifestyle. No prepayment penalties are charged, but if you don't want to make fixed payments, consider applying for a line of credit.

How to pay in the Me-Dian mobile app?

The Me-Dian Credit Union mobile app allows you to make transfers between your Me-Dian accounts, pay bills immediately, set up later dates, and send Interac e-Transfers. 

To make payments, log in and select «Pay Bills,» «Transfers,» or «Interac e-Transfer» and follow the instructions.

How to restore access to the Me-Dian mobile app?

Contact the credit union if you have forgotten your mobile app and online banking password or have been locked out of the mobile app or online banking platform. Click the «Contact Us» link and fill in the form, leaving your name and phone number. You could set up Touch ID, if your device allows it, and log in for secure access.

How to delete the Me-Dian mobile app?

To delete the app from your mobile device, go to App Store or Google Play, choose the application and click «Uninstall.» Unfortunately, your data can't be deleted. To delete your account, contact Me-Dian Credit Union.
