How to open a Libro online banking account?

An online banking platform developed by Libro Credit Union enables you to manage your finances from the comfort of your home or anywhere else using a device connected to the Internet.

To enroll in online banking from Libro, call the Libro Contact Centre at 1-800-361-8222. Once you pass identity verification over the phone, a Libro Contact Centre specialist will give you a temporary password and instructions to update it.

You can sign in to your Libro online banking from any page on the Libro website. Click the “Login” button in the top navigation menu and select “Online Banking”. Next, enter your account number and password to sign in.

How can I change my Libro online banking password?

In FAQs on the website, Libro recommends changing your online banking password regularly, although it doesn’t provide specific instructions on how to do this. Most likely, you can change your password by going to your profile settings.

When creating a new password, make sure it is between six and 16 alphanumeric characters long.

How do I restore the forgotten password?

To reset the forgotten Libro online banking password, call Libro Connect at 1-800-361-8222 or visit your local Libro branch to get assistance. The same applies if you have forgotten your account number.

Then, select an account you want to transfer funds from, select an account to transfer funds to, edit the date of the transfer if needed, enter the transfer amount, and specify whether it is a one-time or recurring transfer. Review your transfer details and click “Transfer” to complete the transaction.
