How to register an account?
A personal account allows you to get info about your balance, promotional plan, percentage rates, statements, and payments electronically.
To manage an account, you should be a Flexiti client. Apply at the official website.
Go to the site and click the «Apply now» button on the main page.
Fill out personal information: email address, phone number, name, date of birth, address.
Read the cardholder agreement (a different one for Quebec residents) and click the «Next» button.
Fill out financial and employment information: personal and annual household income, housing type (rent, own, live with relatives), occupation, job title, employer name and phone number, Social Insurance Number, personal identification word, security question, and answer. Click «Next».
Review your Cardholder Agreement and click «I Agree.»
Validate your email address by entering the security code sent to it.
You have opened an account and a FlexitiCard.
The card is sent to you by mail; receive it and activate it at the site.
To log in
Go to the official website. Click «Log in» on the sidebar or at the bottom of the page.
You will see the new screen «My.flexiti.com». You should fill in your card number or username and password to log in.
For new clients: choose «Register my Flexiti account» and fill in the 16-digit Card number to begin the registration process.
You could also activate your card here. Click the «Activate my FlexitiCard» button and enter your profile number.

How to reset a password?
If you have already signed up, but forget your password:
Go to the official site and click the sidebar. Choose «Log in,» or click it at the bottom of the page.
Click the «I forgot my password» line on the sign-in screen.
Enter your 16-digit account number or username to reset the password. Then, click the «Next.»

How to delete an account?
If you use the FlexitiCard, the account remains open after you’ve paid everything off. And you may just continue shopping with no need to reapply.
Call at +1 (877) 259-3745, and Customer care will help you close an account. Notice: if you close the account, you remain liable for any outstanding balance.
