How to download the Desjardins mobile services app

The Desjardins mobile services app is available on the App Store for iOS 11.0 or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 6.0 or later.

To download the Desjardins mobile app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Desjardins”. Once the app appears in the search results, tap on its icon to see information about it and tap “Get” or “Install” to download it.

How to pay via the Desjardins mobile services app?

To pay a bill through the Desjardins mobile services app, tap “Pay” in the bottom navigation menu. Next, choose the bill you want to pay or add a new one. To add a bill, search for the organization you want to pay, select it, and enter the reference number and description. Review all the information and tap “Confirm” if everything is correct.

After you’ve selected the pill to pay, tap “Pay”, choose the account you want to pay from, specify the payment amount, and adjust the frequency and date of payment. Review the payment details and tap “Confirm” if everything is correct.

How to restore access to the Desjardins mobile services app?

If you have forgotten your AccèsD account password, you can restore it through the web interface. Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and enter your username on the next screen — this can be your debit card number (with or without the 4540), AccèsD Affaires user code, or email address.

If you use your card number as a username, you will need to answer questions to verify your identity. After that, you will be able to create a new password. 

If you use your email as a username, you will need to log in using the temporary password sent to you by email and answer a personal question to verify your identity. After that, you will be able to create a new password that you will use to log in to the system in the future.

Restoring an AccèsD Affaires account password is more complicated. If you are a primary administrator, you can reset passwords for all users. Users other than the primary administrator cannot reset their own passwords on their own and must reach out to the primary administrator. If you are a primary administrator and have forgotten your AccèsD Affaires password, contact AccèsD Affaires services or a Desjardins location near you.

How to delete the Desjardins mobile services app?

You can delete the Desjardins mobile services app from your device the same way you would delete other apps. Deleting the app doesn’t mean closing your accounts or deleting the personal data that you have previously shared with Desjardins.
