Types of CWB credit cards
CWB Personal Mastercard with CWB Rewards by Brim lets you earn and redeem points on any purchase or use points as cash back towards your balance at any time. You could get up to 30 points on $1 spent by shopping at over 230 partner stores online and offline.
CWB Mastercard provides contactless pay with a mobile wallet and installment payment. The interest rate is 19.99% on purchases, 21.50% on cash advances, and a foreign transaction fee of 2.50%.
CWB Rewards Mastercard, with no annual fee and income requirements, offers free additional cardholders a year, reward points collected as 1 point for $1, and 4 types of insurance coverage included: extended warranty, purchase security, event ticket protector, mobile device, and common card accident insurance.
CWB World Elite Mastercard has income requirements and a $120 annual fee, which could be waived for the first year; additional cardholders are charged $50 each (maximum 5). You may earn 2 points for a dollar up to $25,000 annually spent; then, the rewards are collected as 1 point per $1.
CWB World Elite Mastercard provides 13 types of insurance coverage: all CWB Mastercard insurance plus out-of-province emergency travel medical insurance, baggage and flight delay, lost or stolen baggage, trip cancellation, and hotel burglary insurance; you may also use free Global WiFi and LoungeKey access.
All insurance coverages are underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada (RSA).
How to apply for a CWB credit card
Click «Apply» under the wanted credit card.
Fill out general information: your full name, email address, home address, and employment information.
Select which card you would like to apply.
You will receive an email to the address provided in your application within a few days.
After submitting your application, you may be contacted by the bank from [email protected] to ask you to provide additional documentation or information to verify your identity and better protect our cardholders against identity theft.
Your physical card and credit limit will be sent by mail once you've been approved within 7 to 10 business days.

Requirements
To qualify for CWB Mastercard, you should:
Be a Canadian resident (excluding Quebec, Yukon, or the Northwest Territories)
Be the age of majority in your province or territory
To be eligible for CWB World Elite Mastercard, you must have $80,000 annual or $150,000 household income and spend $25,000 on the card annually.

How to make a payment
To make a payment to your credit card account, you may use CWB.direct online banking, Interac Online, or other financial institutions' online banking platforms.
Go to «Pay a Bill» and search for «CWB Personal Mastercard – Brim»/ «Brim Financial.»
Add CWB Mastercard as your payee contact, fill in your credit card number under the account number section and enter the amount.
It will take 2-3 business days to be reflected in your account. Payments made using Interac Online through the portal are posted in real-time.
