Once you have the connectFirst Credit Union mobile app installed on your device, launch it and sign in using your digital banking login credentials.

If you haven’t used digital banking yet, during your first sign-in, enter your 19-digit Member Card number, your date of birth, and either your phone number or your email. Once you receive a verification code, enter it into the designated field. Then, create your username and password and agree to the terms and conditions.

The connectFirst Credit Union mobile app doesn’t have the loan application feature at this time. You can apply for a loan in person at your local connectFirst Credit Union branch and book an appointment online before your visit.

How to pay via the connectFirst Credit Union mobile app?

To pay a bill through the connectFirst Credit Union mobile app, launch it, tap “Move Money”, then tap “Payments”, and select “Pay bills”. Then, select an account to pay from, tap “Add Payment”, select a payee, enter the payment amount, specify the payment date, and tap “Add Payment” again. Next, review the payment details and tap “Continue” to complete your payment.

How to restore access to the connectFirst Credit Union mobile app?

To restore the forgotten password, tap “Forgot username or password?” and then tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen. Next, enter your username and select an identification method — either by email or by phone number used in enrollment. After you receive the security code, enter it into the designated field. Then, create a new password, confirm it, and tap “Continue”. Once you do, you will receive a message from the system confirming the password update. So, you can log in with your username and a newly created password.

How to delete the connectFirst Credit Union mobile app?

You can delete the connectFirst Credit Union mobile app from your device the same way you would normally delete other apps. However, deleting an app won’t result in closing your accounts, plans, and products or deleting the data you’ve shared with connectFirst Credit Union previously.
