To install the Community First Mobile Banking app on your iOS device, make sure the iOS version is 11.0 or later. To install it on a Mac device, make sure it has an Apple M1 chip or later and macOS 11.0 or later. The Android version of the Community First Mobile Banking app requires Android 6.0 or later.

To download the Community First Mobile Banking app, launch the App Store or Google Play from your smartphone or tablet and search for “Community First Credit Union”. Then, take a photo of the front and back of your cheque, confirm the deposit information, and tap “Submit”.

How to pay via the Community First CU mobile app?

Paying bills is quick and easy with the Community First Mobile Banking app. Open the app on your device, tap “Pay Bills” from the home screen, select an account you want to pay from, select a payee from the list, enter the amount you need to pay, and specify if you want to make an immediate, scheduled, or recurring payment.

How to restore access to the Community First CU mobile app?

If you cannot access the Community First Mobile Banking app because of the forgotten password, you can use the self-service password restore feature. On the login screen, tap “Forgot your PAC?”. Then, enter your Member Number to verify your identity and follow the further on-screen prompts.
