How can I change my Coastal Community online banking password?

You can change your Coastal Community online banking password (also known as Personal Access Code or PAC) at any time. 

To proceed, sign in to your account, go to the “Profile & Preference” section, click “Change Personal Access Code (PAC)”, enter your current PAC, and create a new PAC. Make sure that a PAC is between 9-30 characters long and contains at least one number, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character.

How do I restore the forgotten password?

If you forgot your online banking password or PAC, go to the PAC reset page and enter your member number. Once you do, the system will prompt you to verify your identity through a series of security questions.

After passing the identity verification process, you will be able to create a new PAC.

How to delete a Coastal Community online banking account?

There is no information about deleting your online banking account on the Coastal Community Credit Union website. You can contact their customer service team at 1-888-741-1010 to clarify this information.

How to open a new account via a Coastal Community online banking account?
