Casera personal account

You can change your Casera Credit Union online banking password at any time from the settings menu. To proceed, enter your current password or Personal Access Code (PAC), then enter a new PAC and re-enter it.

If you forgot your Casera Credit Union online banking password, you can restore it right from the login page. Click the “Forgot username or password?” link and then click the “Forgot password?” link. Next, enter your username and phone number. After that, you will receive a text message with a security code. Enter this code into the designated field and follow the further on-screen prompts.

Casera Credit Union provides no instructions on what to do if you no longer want to use online banking. You can reach out to their customer service team at 204-958-6300 to request information about online banking account deletion.

To set up a recurring bill payment online, sign in to your Casera online banking account, go to the “Transfers & Payments” section and select “Pay bills” under “Payments”. Then, switch to the “Schedule recurring payments” tab. Next, select an account to pay from, select a payee, enter the payment amount, select the payment frequency, and enter the start and end payment dates. Then, click “Continue”, review the payment details, and click “Continue” again to complete the setup.

If you want to receive alerts and notifications about such events as an online login occurred, a new bill payee added, an Interac® e-Transfer recipient added, or PAC changed, you can set up your preferences through online banking. To proceed, sign in to your Casera online banking account, go to “My Casera”, click “Account or Security alert type”, select an alert, and direct it to your email or phone. There is also an option to customize the alerts you want to receive.
