To help members and associates manage their finances on the go, Carpathia Credit Union has introduced the My Carpathia mobile app. The app is available for iOS and Android users.
With the My Carpathia mobile app, you get access to the following features:
Viewing your account balances and transaction history
Paying bills and managing payees
Transferring funds between your accounts
Sending and receiving Interac e-Transfers
Setting up scheduled payments and transfers
Depositing cheques on the go by taking pictures of them
Updating your profile information
Setting up alerts and notifications
Finding ATMs and branches near you
Using financial calculators
Viewing current interest rates
How to download the My Carpathia mobile app?
The My Carpathia mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS 11.0 or later and for macOS 11.0 or later on Mac devices with an Apple M1 chip or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 6.0 or later.
To download the app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your device and search for "My Carpathia" in the App Store. Then, tap the app icon and verify that the app developer is Carpathia Credit Union Ltd.
Tap the icon marked “Free” or "Get" and wait until the installation is complete.
The My Carpathia mobile app has over 1,000 downloads on Google Play. The app’s rating is 5.0 on the App Store (although there are just three reviews there). The app hasn’t received sufficient reviews on Google Play, so the app’s rating isn’t displayed there.
How to use the My Carpathia mobile app?
Once you have the My Carpathia mobile app installed on your device, launch it and sign in to it. To enjoy all the features of the My Carpathia mobile app, you must be a Carpathia Credit Union member or associate with an online banking account. If you haven’t signed up for online banking yet, call Carpathia Credit Union at (204) 989-7400 during regular business hours.
The My Carpathia mobile app is free to download and use. Still, standard mobile data downloading and internet charges may apply. You can clarify the possible charges with your mobile phone provider.
