You can change your MemberDirect® password at any time. First, sign in to your online banking account, go to the "Profile and Preferences" section, select "Change Personal Access Code", and then select "Change Personal Access Code".

To restore the forgotten password or PAC, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. On the next screen, provide your account number and the last three digits of your SIN or your date of birth. Then, follow the further instructions from the system.

To pay a bill through your MemberDirect® account, sign in to it and go to the “Payments” section. Next, select an account you want to pay from, choose a payee, enter the payment amount, and specify the payment date. After that, click “Pay Bills”.
