To help clients manage their accounts at their convenience, B2B Bank offers online banking options. If you already have banking products with B2B Bank, you can gain access to your online banking account by calling the B2B Bank Client Services at 1‑866‑334‑4434.

How to sign in to a B2B Bank account

To sign in to your B2B Bank online banking account as a client, go to the “Client” section of the B2B Bank website, click the “Login” button in the top right corner of the page, and select “Online banking.” Then, sign in using your login credentials.

For the correct display of information, B2B Bank recommends using an Internet browser with a 128-bit encryption system. The browsers that meet this security standard are Internet Explorer 10, Mozilla Firefox 10, Chrome, and Safari.

How can I change my password?

To change your online banking password, sign in to your B2B Bank account, go to the “My Profile” section, select “Change Credentials,” and answer the security question. Once you do, you will receive an email with a verification code. Then, enter the online temporary password. After that, the system will prompt you to create a new password.

How to delete an account?

B2B Bank doesn’t provide instructions on how to delete your online banking account. However, you can call the B2B Bank Client Services at 1‑866‑334‑4434 to request information on this matter.

How do I restore the forgotten password?

To restore the forgotten online banking password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page and enter your username on the next screen. Then, follow the further instructions from the system.

How to download the transaction history?

You can see the transaction history from the account overview. Use the “Search” feature to view the transactions by date range. Then, click the “Show options” icon and select “PDF DOWNLOAD” to download the transaction history.
