How to open an ACU account?
Digital banking capabilities from ACU aim to help clients and members manage their accounts and products at any time, anywhere.
To get started with ACU online banking, go to the ACU website, click the “Sign In” button in the top right corner of the screen, and enter your 16-digit debit card number. If you are a business member, enter your Login ID. Then, enter your date of birth and a phone number or email address.
Once you receive a verification code either through a text message or email, enter it in the verification pop-up and click the “Confirm” button.
Next, set up a new username (up to a maximum of 35 alphanumeric characters) and a password (between 10 and 35 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number).
Then, click the “Create user profile” button to complete your new sign-in. After that, you will be able to log in to online banking with the username and password you have created.
