How to use the ACU mobile app
Once you download the ACU Mobile App, launch it and sign in using your ACU membership login credentials. When using the app for the first time, you will need to verify your identity by entering your 16-digit debit card number (or your Login ID if you are a business member), your date of birth, and either a phone number or an email address.
Once you receive a verification code either through a text message or email, enter it in the verification pop-up and click the “Confirm” button.
After that, you need to set up a new username (up to a maximum of 35 alphanumeric characters) and a password (between 10 and 35 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number).
Once you do, click the “Create user profile” button to finalize your new sign-in.
Note that only ACU members can use the ACU Mobile App.
