How to download the Access CU mobile app
The Access CU mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS 13.0 or later and for macOS 11.0 or later on Mac devices with an Apple M1 chip or later. On Google Play, it is available for Android™ 6.0 or later.
To download the Access CU mobile app, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store from your device and search for “Access CU”. Once the app appears in the search results, tap on its icon to see information about it and make sure that the app developer is Access Credit Union Limited. Then, tap “Free” or “Install” to download it and wait until the installation is complete.
The Access CU mobile app has over 10 thousand downloads on Google Play. The app’s rating on the App Store is 2.3, while on Google Play, there are no sufficient reviews to display the app’s rating.
How to use the Access CU mobile app
If you are logging in to the Access CU mobile app for the first time, enter a 16 or 19-digit number from the front of your debit card and tap “Continue”. Next, enter your date of the birth and mobile phone number. After you receive a security code in a text message, enter it into a designated field and tap “Confirm”.
Then, create a username containing between 5 and 34 characters, a password containing between 5 and 35 characters with one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and tap “Continue”. Review and confirm your details and tap “Create user profile”.
After that, you will be able to sign in with your newly created username and password.
